Firstly, I would collect the primary data with the record sheet on more buildings in the industrial area. As with convenience sampling, only the buildings of one road is being selected for sample. It would be better to select a few more buildings at the another part of the industrial area, for instance, at the northeastern and eastern part of the area. This could provide me with a more comprehensive knowledge and understanding on the relation between accessibility and the intensivity of manufacturing activities as the accessibility of the eastern part of the area is relatively low too. Secondly, I would conduct a questionnaire with the people working at the industrial area. This is because people like building security and manufacturing companies' labours could have a better understanding about the proportion of manufacturing ~~comps~~ activities in the buildings. By firstly setting questions, such as asking interviewees to use a scale from 1 to 10 to describe the intensivity of manufacturing activities, to considering who to interview, what sampling methods to choose ~~interviewees~~ ^interviewees, such as quota sampling and convenience sampling, to choosing the mode of ~~the~~ questionnaire, such as face-to-face or video call. Conducting a questionnaire allows me to have a more authentic understanding on the intensivity of the manufacturing activities regarding to the extent of accessibility. Thirdly, I would ~~use~~ have a field trip on testing the pollution level of the zone. As manufacturing activities often emits more pollutants. ~~St~~ Students could use instruments like PM2.5 meter and carbon monoxide meter to record the pollutant level at different ~~sites~~ [unclear: sites]. By calibrating the instrument and holding it up high, the number could be recorded after it stabilised. Results like a higher reading ~~co~~ should be found at places with more manufacturing activities, thus coming to the conclusion of a relationship between ~~accessibility~~ ^walking distance and intensivity of manufacturing activities. Fourthly, I would use a timer ^and a counter to count the flow of large vehicles, ~~of~~ such as trucks. As trucks are often seen at places with manufacturing activities due to logistic needs, by setting a time and counting the flow and number of trucks ^with a counter, ~~students~~ could find out that the more manufacturing activities, the higher flow and number of trucks. Thus coming to a positive relationship between walking distance from the bus terminus and the intensivity of the manufacturing activities. Fifthly, I would use a dB meter, which is also called noise meter, to test the sound level in the industrial area. As manufacturing activities often produce more sound, we can use a noise ~~to~~ meter to test the noise level at different ~~sites~~ [unclear: sites], and come up with a conclusion that the lower the accessibility, which is the more walking distance from the bus terminus, the higher the noise level, which indicates on higher intensivity of manufacturing activities. Lastly, by recording all the datas from the five data ~~sets~~ above, I would make a rating based on the environmental level and the intensivity of manufacturing activities, with respect to their accessibility. ~~[struck line]~~ The higher the number (mark) represents a higher pollution level and a higher intensivity of manufacturing activities.
